Production Coordinator
Based at Adelaide Studios. Fixed Term, August 2026 to October 2026 (Full-time).
The Adelaide Film Festival is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced Production Coordinator to join our team. This role will:
Coordinate production elements of the Festival’s events
Supervise the smooth running of venues during the festival, coordinating casual staff and liaising with venue staff
Work in collaboration with key stakeholders on the day-to-day running of the Festival
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Operations Manager and Event Producer in the coordination of production and events elements of the AFF program
Ensure all aspects of the production, stage presentation and events comply with the relevant regulations regarding occupational health and safety
Prepare production schedules, event runsheets and briefing documents using AFF software and systems
Equipment and vehicle logistics coordination
Develop rostering for casual staff pool
Liaise with AFF venues where necessary to ensure technical requirements are met
Key Requirements
Experience working in events and festivals as a production coordinator and / or stage manager
Experience working with production suppliers, requesting and comparing quotes, purchase ordering, maintaining budgets
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced live event environments
