Ticketing & Development Coordinator
Job Type: Contract, commencing 1-2 days May 2025 - full-time from 7 July 2025 (finishing November 2025)

Adelaide Film Festival is seeking a highly motivated Ticketing & Development Assistant to join our dynamic film festival team. Our ideal candidate has experience working in sponsorship and/or philanthropy and in a festival environment, as well as strong organisational skills.
Working in a small, supportive environment, this role is suited to a motivated, energetic team-player, looking to bring their experience and interest in development and relationship management to a festival environment.
As Ticketing & Development Assistant, you will work with the Development and Partnerships Manager to help coordinate deliverables across sponsorships, and facilitate events and ticketing for sponsors, donors and key stakeholders, to support the festival.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the delivery of partner deliverables
Support AFF’s Development team to deliver impactful AFF events for stakeholders, including sponsors, donors, and ticket-buyers
Assist in maintaining relationships with existing sponsors and donors
Help coordinate and deliver partnership and donor stewardship events
Coordinate stakeholder and guest ticketing for festival screenings and special events (invitations, RSVPs and ticket allocations for key stakeholders and filmmakers) via AFF’s ticketing system and scheduling database
Contribute to maintaining databases and maintain tracking spreadsheets for partnership deliverables
What we're looking for:
Qualifications: A tertiary qualification, preferably in the arts or a related field
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, events, or marketing, preferably in an arts setting
Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, passion for film and the arts
Flexibility: Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, particularly during the festival period
