Development and Partnerships Coordinator

Based at Adelaide Studios. Fixed Term, July 2026 to October 2026 (Full-time).

Adelaide Film Festival is seeking a highly motivated Development & Partnerships Coordinator to join our dynamic film festival team. Our ideal candidate has experience working in sponsorship or philanthropy, as well as strong organisational skills.

Working in a small, supportive environment, this role is suited to a motivated, energetic team-player looking to bring their experience and interest in development and relationship management to a festival environment. 

As Development & Partnerships Coordinator, you will work within the Development & Partnerships team to help service sponsorships and philanthropic donations, facilitate supporter benefits including marketing and ticketing, and develop partnerships to support the festival.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Development team to deliver impactful AFF events for stakeholders, including sponsors, donors and ticket-buyers

  • Support the administration of sponsor benefits as outlined in contracts

  • Coordinate stakeholder and guest ticketing for festival screenings and special events (invitations, RSVPs and ticket allocations for key stakeholders and filmmakers)

  • Contribute to maintaining databases and maintain tracking spreadsheets for partnership deliverables

Key Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, events, or marketing, preferably in an arts setting

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Passion for film and the arts

  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends, particularly required during the festival period
