If the event cannot proceed as planned due to severe weather, the Bukal Bukal screening will relocate indoors in Yitpi Yartapuultiku.

What should I bring?

Please dress appropriately for the weather on the night. Bring sun protection for the afternoon and warm layers as it is likely to get cool in the evening. Please bring your own sunscreen and mosquito repellent.

Can I bring my own picnic?

There will be food and drink vendors on the night to purchase from, but attendees are welcome to bring their own food and drinks.

Can I bring my own chair / picnic blanket?

Yes, normal camping chairs will be permitted, but patrons in higher chairs should sit at the back to allow room for people to sit on picnic blankets on the grass or sand in front. There is also tiered amphitheatre seating.

Can I purchase or bring my own alcohol?

Alcohol is not permitted, this is a dry event.

Is public transport available?

Public transport options are available nearby with the Port Adelaide and Ethelton train stations both a 750m (10 min) walk away, and buses operating along Bower Rd.

Where is Yitpi Yartapuultiku, and is there parking?

There is plenty of onsite parking, and overflow parking at the rowing club across the road or Port Plaza shopping centre if needed. You can find the map here.

Is the event accessible?

All areas of the event are on flat ground. Unfortunately, this screening won't be captioned or have hearing augmentation. If you have any specific accessibility questions, please contact the Adelaide Film Festival box office or Yitpi Yartapuultiku.
