Fresh from official selection at Annecy, the world’s most prestigious animation festival, comes this delightful short from Adelaide's Ana María Méndez Salgado & Carlos Manrique Clavijo. Inside every one of us there’s a box of wishes. Most have our name on them... But the most powerful wishes, are those that lie in our hearts but belong to someone else. One rainy day, Lulú notices with sadness that birds can’t nest in the city because of the spikes that line the buildings. After exploring impossible solutions in her surreal inner-world, she builds birdhouses from discarded knick-knacks with her magical Guardian-creature, Kino.
