AFF reserves the right to deny any person admission to any festival managed venues.

All persons seeking admittance to attend an event or session must have a valid ticket, irrespective of their age.

AFF accepts a range of concessions to help keep the festival accessible to all. We offer concession tickets on events (where listed) to full-time students, pensioners, healthcare cardholders, seniors and industry members. Latecomers may not be admitted to a session, and tickets may be re-sold to a standby queue. There are no exchanges or refunds available if patrons arrive late to a session.

Particulars of any session or event may be changed without prior notice. Films, artists or performers may be added, withdrawn or substituted for specific performances or sessions. In the case of a cancelled film, AFF will offer exchanges or return the booking onto your pass to allow you to purchase another film. Passes may not be refunded in full or part based on a film change.

All participants must complete the medical form.

We determine one of two ticket prices for our Sue Austin diving experience, based on our assessment of the applications. Divers are required to have the right level of certification to participate. This is determined by Dive Shack.

If it is established that you need additional training to be eligible, you will need to attend a special Dive Shack training session on Friday 12th October. The price is $290, including training and the performance.

If it is established by Dive Shack that you do not require additional training, the price is $140.

Payment/Refund Policy

Payment will need to be processed prior to the Fri 12 Oct training session, or you will not be allowed to participate. To complete your ticket purchase, contact our Box Office on 08 7225 2729.

If you participate in the scuba diving training session, but decide during or afterthe session that you are not willing or capable of scuba diving for the performance, you will still need to pay $150 for the session.

Refunds will not be accepted for your ticket 24 hours prior to the performance if you are not able to attend.
