The new frontier is already here.

As the space industry comes to South Australia, AFF Youth is excited to partner with the Australian Space Discovery Centre to bring you this totally immersive VR work. You are in the middle of the International Space Station with astronauts as they adapt to their life changing mission – to be part of as well as undertaking the experiments required for humans to live in space. The session involves a talk from the Australian Space Discovery Centre on the many and varied careers making up the space industry. Space Explorers: The ISS Experience is the biggest production to ever take place in space.

This session is currently only available for school bookings.

Update: 21/07

In light of the COVID-19 lockdown beginning on July 21st, the Adelaide Film Festival Youth is disappointed to announce that the inaugural edition of the festival, due to begin on July 25th, will not proceed as planned.
Safety is our primary concern.
We are consulting with SA Health and  Department for Education to explore potential alternative presentation dates and modes, and encourage audiences to hold onto their tickets until contacted by our Box Office team.
