It’s time to venture back in the water.

Jaws is rated M, not PG.

In 1975, a young director named Spielberg terrified audiences so thoroughly that some couldn’t go near water again. Never say that AFF patrons aren’t thrill-seekers. We believe the best way to savour the heart-pounding adrenalin rush induced by this classic blockbuster is to see it by the water! Watch the film while eating popcorn in the comfort of the stands at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre, or while doing a lazy backstroke in the pool under the big screen while inflatable sharks help set the mood.

When a killer shark unleashes chaos on an beach community off Cape Cod, it's up to a local sheriff, a marine biologist, and an old seafarer to hunt the huge beast down. The quintessential summer blockbuster, Jaws is regarded as a watershed moment in motion picture history, winning several awards for its music and editing in the mid-1970s.

A Jaws-themed menu will be available from the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre Kiosk from 7pm-8.15pm, for all those who fancy Fish Bites & Chips or an Amity Island Jellycup!

Please Note: Patrons who have purchased a ticket for the pool area for the screening of Jaws are required to arrive half an hour before their stated ticket time, to provide enough time for them to be fitted with a life jacket. All patrons are required to wear life jackets when they are in the pool. The pool is set to a swimmer's temperature, so AFF recommends patrons bring their own rash shirt or wet suit if they so choose.
