Rob Plaza is an 18 year old emerging young Filmmaker based on the Gold Coast, Australia with a primary focus on experimental narrative. Completely self taught, Rob is roused by psychological, raw narratives finding meaningful connections through poetic imagery. Not having gone to any University or film school, he has learned all of his skills through online tutorials and research.
Nevertheless, the passion and determination has gotten him into numerous festivals already. Rob created his first short film Every Moment Counts in 2018, later finishing Symmetry, which has screened at almost 30 film festivals around the world, winning an abundance of awards along the way.
