Adelaide Film Festival and the Anne & Gordon Samstag Museum of Art will present Australia’s first exhibition of significant work by the internationally acclaimed Australian-based artist Daniel Crooks as part of the AFF’s Art and the Moving Image program.
Filling the University of South Australia’s spacious Samstag Museum, the exhibition will focus on the complex and beautiful digital moving image work that Crooks has created throughout his ongoing Time Slice project, which began in 1999.
The exhibition will feature the premiere of new work commissioned by the Adelaide Film Festival Investment Fund and the Samstag Museum of Art, alongside a selection of existing work.
