Fuelled by jealousy, Dean, Ray and Paul kidnap golden boy Christian so Dean can gain the attention of Christian's girlfriend Jess. The prank soon swerves out of control trapping the youths in a recurring nightmare.

The son of film director Craig Lahiff, Sean grew up on the coast of suburban Adelaide, South Australia and inherited his love of cinema from his father. After graduating from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Screen) Sean turned his attention to picture and VFX editing.
From cult Aussie horror to Hollywood blockbusters, Sean’s filmography is formidable. He has worked as an editor on Swerve, Wolf Creek 2, Wolf Creek Series I and II, Scott Hicks' feature documentary Highly Strung and The Darkness, and was a visual effects editor on Gravity, The Great Gatsby and many more. Lahiff is co-editor of the Cargo, editor of 2:22 and Jungle directed by frequent collaborator Greg Mclean and starring Daniel Radcliffe.
Sean directed the multi-award winning horror-comedy short Too Dark. Sean’s next short film SMASHED which he co-wrote, directed and edited, had its World Premiere at the 2017 Berlinale in the Generation 14plus program and won five 2017 South Australian Screen Awards including Best Director and Best Editor awards for Sean and the South Australian Film Corporation Award for Best Short Film.
